This course is ideal for foreigners who live in the Tokyo area and are interested in learning more about Japanese culture through seeing and doing by themselves, as well as Japanese people who would like to learn or re-discover their own culture in English.
The course is offered as follows:
Terms for the year 2008:
Spring Term --- March 26 - June 11, 2008
Fall Term --- September 24 - November 26, 2008
Location: The course is held at a seminar room of the International House of Japan, which is located amid pastoral setting in Roppongi and has a lovely garden. For a map, go to the following website:

キッサコ日本文化講座：
キッサコでは、日本文化講座第一段として、この３月に墨絵コースを開講しました。このコースは、独自の墨絵の世界を切り開き、注目を集めているアメリカ人講師が、英語で直接指導に当たります。
日本に住み、日本文化を自分の手を使って学びたいと考えている外国人の方はもちろん、自国の文化を英語を通して再発見したいと考えている日本人の方も歓迎致します。
期間：
春期—２００８年３月２６日〜６月１１日
秋期—２００８年９月２４日〜１１月２６日
場所： 国際文化会館セミナー室（交通至便な六本木にありがながら、緑あふれる閑静な会館です。また、港区の名勝にも指定されている素晴らしい庭園があります。）
